The following terms apply in relation to contracts arranged by My Egypt Travel.

  • Reservations and Payment

Reservations may be made online or upon arrival.

Full payment is required upon arrival or at the time of booking. On receipt of such payment, My Egypt Travel. will issue, by email or fax the written confirmation with details of the persons involved and the services to be provided. The written confirmation acts as the ‘ticket’ and must be presented to My Egypt Travel. representative for all journeys.

  • Baby Seats

    Inform us. if any passengers will be travelling with children 3 years of age or younger and booster seats for children from the age of 5 are provided free upon request at the time you make your reservation.
  • Private Transfers

All children and infants count towards the occupancy of the vehicle, regardless of age, and thus should be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking. If you require a child seat for a child, this information should be submitted in your reservation.

  • Wheelchairs

Inform us. if any passengers will be travelling with a wheelchair, at the time of booking. The correct vehicle will be made available to meet your specific requirements.

  • Amendments to Reservations

Booking amendments for flight numbers, timings, accommodation name or address and mobile number can be made by using the contacts provided on this website up to 2 days before the service is provided.

  • Cancellation

If a cancellation is made on our website up to 5 days of the first departure date a 90% refund of your reservation will be made.

If a cancellation is made within 5 days of departure there is no refund issued.

  • Late bookings

Bookings can be made up to 24 hours before departure on the website or by phone.

  • Baggage Allowance

Up to two items of baggage are allowed per passenger, if a passenger requires carriage of baggage in excess of this allowance My Egypt Travel must be informed at the time you make your reservation. My Egypt Travel. reserves the right to make a charge for excess baggage, which must be paid prior to transportation.

  • Transportation Terms

We reserve the right to refuse to carry any person who is or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behavior is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers. No refunds will be made in those circumstances.

Passengers are not allowed to consume alcohol on any of our vehicles. Smoking is not permitted unless express permission has been given by the driver.

All vehicles used by My Egypt Travel. are fully insured for passenger and third party claims, as required by the local law. Passenger’s baggage is, however, carried entirely at the passengers own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage by My Egypt Travel. and will not accept responsibility for costs in returning the items.

If the arrival flight is diverted, contact us. using the website or via the telephone numbers provided.

If My Egypt Travel. fails for any reason to deliver passengers to their confirmed destination, we will provide a suitable replacement. Reimbursements made by My Egypt Travel. for the costs of an alternative means of transport incurred by the passenger to get to their destination shall be no more than the cost of getting there by taxi.

  • Service Vehicles

We provide clean vehicles that are replaced on the basis of condition and not age, the majority of our vehicles are less than 3 years old and equipped with air conditioning and all safety features required by law.
